Jessica Romano
Centre Director
Jessica holds her Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care has over 20 years of experience across various roles within the industry. Throughout her career, Jess has worked in roles such as Centre Manager, Educational Leader, and Lead Educator.
“Throughout my years working in the early childhood sector, I have gained extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards as well as undertaking extensive research in other early childhood topics.”
Jess is the face of LSA and our first point of contact for our families, children, and team. Jess prides herself in being an advocate for children. She believes that each child has the right to feel happy, safe, relaxed, secure and supported at all times.
Jess understands that children learn best through play based curriculums. As an educator, Jess views her role as a role model supporting children to extend upon their learning and development through scaffolding.

Throughout my years working in the Early Childhood Sector, I have had the ability to gain knowledge about the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Frameworks.
I have 6 years experience working in Early Childhood, 2 years being here at LSA.
I am greatly passionate about children development and believe in the circle of security and relationships being essential in children’s growth and development.
I believe each child is an individual and develops and learns at their own pace. I enjoy creating environments where children and families see the service as an extension of their family.
